Go to Princeton! |
|
|
|
|
Why?
Well,
there's always academics (we're #1) but you've already heard that
enough. If you raced in high school, if you're into cycling, or
even if you just want something fast and fun to do in between lectures,
Princeton Cycling is right for you.
Princeton
Cycling also has a long history of success,
from four straight team national championships (1963-1966) to three
individual national championships in 2001. Along the way we've picked
up hundreds of wins and a dozen Ivy League championships.

Team
on campus, 1990
The
towns surrounding campus are suburban and rural, affording hundreds
of miles of quiet, beautiful rides. Ride along the historic Delaware
past Washington's Christmas 1776 crossing, or wind through backcountry
roads and ridges in the rural Sourland Mountains to the north. Why
suffer through urban traffic when you can have so much good cycling
right outside the gates of campus? Check out our Rides
section, or join us on campus and see for yourself.

We have a
large but friendly team, and a brand new
bike room with storage space, lockers, repair tools, rollers, and
wind trainers. Moreover, the generous support of our sponsors
provides us with one of the largest collegiate cycling budgets in
the nation. We provide lightweight
Fuji racing frames and offer component groups at a healthy discount,
as well as covering hotel, van rental, and entry fee expenses during
the racing season. Very few collegiate programs can provide these
benefits.
Good luck with admissions, and we hope to see you soon! |
